We want our joint successes to be not only seen and valued, but veritably celebrated. That doesn’t necessarily mean planning all-night events for the whole team every time. Just raising a glass together at the end of a shift, popping into the next office to say thank you, or a spontaneous high-five – they’re all incredibly rewarding. Small gestures with big results! A happy workplace definitely makes for a cohesive team. We’re proud of the way we work together, because we don’t take it for granted and we know it demands care and attention from all of us.
