A PARTNERSHIP
Jutta Landkotsch and Sepp Zimmermann, the managing directors of DEINspeisesalon, first met back in 2006, at a huge trade fair. They sat straight down and drank a glass of sekt, talked and forgot the crowds all around them.
The two of them built DEINspeisesalon together over the past 14 years – along with their great team – making the company into what it is today:
“I founded DEINspeisesalon in 2008 because I love food and hosting guests from the bottom of my heart. I see myself as a designer – a designer of creative processes, but also of relationships between people and their encounters. I base my decisions on a holistic view, taking into account all the consequences for people and nature. My wish is always for DEINspeisesalon to make the world a more beautiful and better place – that’s what gets me out of bed in the morning.”

“I’m incredibly proud of the team that’s grown around us, open enough to venture new paths along with us. What keeps me passionate is the fresh inspirations and the creativity that’s brought in, in a really authentic way. For me, responsibility is the crux of our everyday work – from the small scale to the biggest context. We’re in the midst of our transformation process… we’re taking lots of small steps but we have big plans.”
