Backstage catering is our roots, our hearts and our dynamo. That’s where it all began around twenty years ago, behind national and international concert stages. To this day, we lay down the culinary soundtrack on tour and at gigs by artists like Santana, the Foo Fighters and Herbert Grönemeyer, and at festivals like Rock am Ring.
On tour, catering is everyone’s home from home… It’s where to get the day’s first coffee after falling out of the tour bus, it’s where friends come to visit, where to have a chat, vent frustrations and take a deep breath before the show goes on. Everyone comes together to eat… and the best way to musicians’ hearts is through their stomachs. We have the best job in the world: food, music, making people happy.
OK, we have to admit: when you’re booked to tour with a star like Carlos Santana and his band, it makes you feel pretty proud. And when you get a signed guitar as a thank-you for your cooking skills, you must have done a few things right – and made a few delicious dishes! We’ve toured Europe several times together over the past few years, with plenty of fresh ideas and extras to make life on the road more fun.
