DEINspeisesalon made it big with tour catering for the international music scene, and our work still embraces national and international tours and concerts by artists like Santana, the Foo Fighters and Herbert Grönemeyer. We’re a preferred catering partner for selected event locations in the Cologne region, and our own unusual location offers space for up to 180 guests to meet, celebrate and enjoy fine food and drink.
We see ourselves as a company that uses market power to build up local producer networks and thus actively help shape the agricultural and food revolution. Our goal is to use 80% organic products by 2025. Our promise: we will make our work as sustainable as possible and strive for continuous improvement.
