The Great Place to Work Germany institute, headquartered in Cologne's "Südstadt district", was founded in 2002 and currently employs around 90 people.
WHY WHY WHY?
Our certification was based on anonymous online employee surveys in March 2023 and an analysis of our HR measures. They specifically analyzed where we stand in terms of future-oriented workplace culture and important topics such as agility, change capability, innovation, leadership and health.
In terms of the Great Place to Work® model, a very good workplace is characterized by ...
... trusting those for whom you work (trust),
... being proud of what you do (pride),
... and enjoying team work (team spirit).
The aspect of trust is again divided into three dimensions with credibility, respect and fairness.
A Great Place to Work® certification is of course a very effective employer branding measure.
And that's exactly what we wanted to have "proofed" from the outside ... neutral, serious and 100% anonymous for everyone in the team.
