The magazine reflects our vision of culinary art. Creative, honest, and with a love of detail. We convey our deepest conviction that indulgence, responsibility, and business go hand in hand.
We take you on a journey through the exciting developments in our organic transformation, provide insights into our public welfare balance sheet, talk about our work with 1. FC Köln, and share stories from backstage catering. We'd also like to introduce you to a new project that is truly close to our hearts.

Our amazing team – people who perfectly complement and empower each other, pursuing the same goal: to create unforgettable food and events for you.
When things got incredibly tough for us and our industry in the spring of 2020, we very quickly recognised there would be great demand for providing certain groups of people with meals on a regional basis, even beyond the pandemic. Based on this enormously heightened awareness, we made the decision to found our own non-profit company by the name of fairshare.
