The current issue was published at the beginning of April and on 60 pages you will find everything around our favorite topic "food & drinks". Every three months, the great editorial team reports on restaurants, cafés and bars, stores and manufactories, people and their gastronomic-culinary projects. And guess what! In issue no. 4, we have the great pleasure of being included in the format "Das Restaurant". Jutta and Sepp talk with Johannes Arens on the topics of "transformation & commitment in catering", "visibility" and "responsible nutrition".
